- Staff area is allocated in an area at the back of our campsite (not far from the electric hook up area) which may be quieter for staff to get a good night's sleep for work next day - but we can not guarantee this!

- Staff can walk to Silverstone which could be circa 25 mins walk to Club Corner - depending how enthusiastic they are.

- To keep it simple we charge a flat rate of £18pppn (plus VAT)

- This will include the person's camping and their car if they have one/need to bring one.

- Staff need to bring their own camping equipment and must leave their car by their tent unless leaving the site completely.

- All staff must wear the wristbands and display car passes given and use the bin bag provided!

- Driving off site is possible, as long as you have a vehicle pass. However on Sunday morning Silverstone Traffic Control have been known to make our gate one way in - which means no one can leave - suggest you leave site before 7am on Sunday morning.

- It will be extremely busy, so it's important you keep vehicle movements to a minimum, but as staff tend to leave the site early & return late the congestion should be reduced.

- Please drive slowly across the site at all times. Speeding mini buses full of staff will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.

- We expect you to be responsible for your Staff group and ensure their behaviour is acceptable for them to remain on site.

- When your staff arrive they need to know the name of your Company AND the name of the Person who booked the camping or we may turn them away. So if you have sub Company names please consider this as we too frequently get clueless people turn up who have no idea who they are working for.... which causes unnecessary confusion and indeed stress!

- Please Do Not Book for more staff than you need as there is a NO REFUND policy. If you pay for staff and they don't come then we will NOT be issuing refunds. If Staff turn up earlier than booked, they will be turned away. Book What You NEED please!

Sunday night is free to encourage people to stay rather than add to the general Silverstone traffic chaos that happens on Sunday evening every year.

NO ELECTRIC IS PROVIDED.
Staff can charge mobile phones with the USB Sockets at the main toilet/shower blocks.

Vehicles that are leaving site on a daily basis will need a vehicle pass.

Please provide Vehicle Reg & Driver Name for any vehicles that will leaving site daily.

We don't need the vehicle information for individual employees - their car should stay by their tent.

To confirm your booking, fill in your payment details below to securely pay for your booking.

Once complete, you will receive an email containing confirmation of your booking and a QR code.

Distribute this QR code among the people attending the campsite. Note that this QR code will only be valid for the number of places you booked via this form. If you need more spaces, you will need place another booking.

The Information will be held by our gate staff, so they can manage your arrivals and staff wristbands.
