- Group/Staff area may be allocated in an area at the back of our campsite, which may be quieter for staff/group to get a good night's sleep for work next day - but we can not guarantee this! Check with Caroline your camping location

- Campers can walk to Silverstone which could be up to 25 mins walk to Club Corner - depending how enthusiastic they are and camping location on site.

- To keep it simple we charge a flat rate of £15pppn (plus VAT)

- This will include the person's camping and their car if they have one/need to bring one.

- Staff/Group need to bring their own camping equipment and must leave their car by their tent unless leaving the site completely.

- All campers must wear the wristbands and display car passes given and use the bin bag provided!

- Driving off site is possible, as long as you have a vehicle pass.

- Please keep vehicle movements to a minimum for everyone's safety.

- Please drive slowly across the site at all times. Speeding mini buses full of people will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.

- We expect you to be responsible for your Group and ensure their behaviour is acceptable for them to remain on site.

- When your Group arrive they need to know the name of your Group AND the name of the Person who booked the camping or we may turn them away.

- Please Do Not Book for more people than you need as there is a NO REFUND policy. If you pay for campers and they don't come then we will NOT be issuing refunds. If Campers turn up earlier than booked, they will be turned away. Book What You NEED please!

Campers can charge mobile phones for free with the USB Sockets at the main toilet/shower blocks.

Event Week:

Vehicles that are leaving site on a daily basis will need a vehicle pass.

Please provide Vehicle Reg & Driver Name for any vehicles that will leaving site daily.

We don't need the vehicle information for all individual campers - their car should stay by their tent.

To confirm your booking, fill in your payment details below to securely pay for your booking.

Once complete, you will receive an email containing confirmation of your booking.

If you need more spaces, you will need place another booking.

The Information will be held by our gate staff, so they can manage your arrivals and group wristbands.
