Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By arriving on our site you will be deemed to have read these and be bound by them.

    • We Accept NO Responsibility or Liability for any Loss or Damage or Injury, howsoever caused, to Persons or Property, including vehicles, during your stay.
    • Choose your own spot on arrival avoiding marked out areas. We do not reserve specific plots so it works on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, we have ample space for all bookings, but we cannot guarantee how noisy your neighbour might be.
    • Children over 14 are deemed as adults.
    • A Pitch is ONE Tent & Car or ONE Car & Caravan or ONE  Campervan  or ONE Motorhome/Winnebego.  Sleeping in a vehicle is deemed Camping, Camping prices apply.
    • You Must keep children under your close supervision
    • We can not guarantee quiet pitches, but due to the nature of our site you should be able to get away from others, but we can not stop people noisy or quiet camping next to you.
    • Car Parking  – Booking in advance with Payment is by CASH only on arrival. No Change Given due to Covid. Exact Money ONLY.
    • Camping – Booking in advance with Payment online.  Additional nights must be paid for. No Refunds Given.
    • In bad weather/ground conditions we reserve the right to insist that vehicles are parked away from camping pitches.
    • In the event of seriously poor weather conditions we may need to cancel your booking. We have never had to do this yet, but need the ability to do so, just in case. We may also have to insist that you camp/park in a particular field or area if ground conditions are poor.
    • Electric Hook Up facilities for F1 and MotoGP only. Booked separately.
    • Shower facilities are available for ALL events If you are coming camping for small events (ie not F1 or Moto GP) – please text 07802 831777 with a request for ‘Hot Showers Please!’, so we can make sure they are ready for you. You need to do this 4-6 hours before you arrive!  Thank you
    • PLEASE DO NOT BRING GLASS ON SITE, Please decant all liquids into plastic containers before arrival, thank you. Smashed/broken glass is dangerous to animals and other campers.
    • You are responsible for bringing torches, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and first aid kits etc for your personal safety.
    • Cooking with Barbeques is fine but please take care so as to avoid the fire risk. Make sure you have bricks between the BBQ and the grass.  BBQs inside or near to your tent/caravan can cause carbon monoxide poisoning which is life threatening.
    • NO FIREWORKS, NO OPEN FIRES or NO LANTERNS
    • NO Mini Motor Bikes, Monkey Bikes, Pit Bikes, Scooters or Quad Bikes & No Joy Riding. NO KITE FLYING, Electric cables cross some of the site.
    • We will not accept joy riding of any kind. It is not safe and it is irresponsible to do so. We therefore reserve the right to require to leave site immediately without refund AND confiscate vehicle keys while you are on site.
    • ALL vehicles and bikes are to be parked at all times unless arriving or leaving site.
    • DO NOT camp near or under any overhead powerlines – Danger from flags, kites, umbrellas in windy/blustery conditions.
    • No Dogs, Animals or Pets allowed on site at any time. You will be asked to leave site without refund. This is a working farm.
    • Stewards on-site 24hrs a day for main events only.
    • We reserve the right to change on-site rules at any time. We also reserve the right to send you emails/update in relation to your booking.
    • Do not leave valuables in tents, caravans or vehicles. All items are left at owners risk. If you do bring any, then take them with you, do not leave unattended.  We have little problems, but it is wise not to bring valuables with you in the first place.
    • Whilst we want your stay with us to be relaxing and enjoyable, please given consideration to other campers with regard to noise levels after 10pm
    • This is a working farm, the land is grazed by animals from time to time. There is therefore a very small risk of illness particularly to pregnant women or those under 5 years old. Please ensure you wash your hands thoroughly before eating or drinking.
    • We reserve the ultimate right to refuse entry or to request a party leave the site should their behaviour be deemed unacceptable or where prior warning has been given and not heeded. Police assistance will be obtained if necessary.
